1. What We Do
We design branding, UI, and web experiences for early-stage SaaS, AI, and tech startups.
All work is async, fast-paced, and built to ship.
2. How We Work
We offer:
Sprint → fixed-scope, fixed-price projects over 4–6 weeks
Membership → monthly ongoing design support
Custom → flexible work for non-standard needs
We don’t offer full-time availability, live support, or unpaid revisions beyond the agreed scope.
four-day week, by default. it keeps us sharp and focused. no progress on fridays—but we’ll catch urgent messages.
3. Payments
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due upfront or split 50/50 as defined per plan.
Late payments may delay delivery or pause the project.
All payments are non-refundable once work begins.
4. Ownership & Rights
You own all final deliverables once the project is paid in full. We reserve the right to showcase work unless otherwise agreed (e.g. stealth mode).
Unused drafts, concepts, or rejected work remain ours.
5. Liability
We’re not liable for lost revenue, downtime, or indirect damages.
We do our best work—but results aren’t guaranteed.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time.
If you continue working with us after updates, that counts as agreement.
